The SAIL TOWER (formerly Kempinski Tower) site is located on the Corniche Road, along the Red Sea shoreline. The scope of TREVIASC in SAIL TOWER project was to execute the full enabling works comprising piling, diaphragm wall (by hydromill), anchoring, injected grout plug, excavation and dewatering. It is a unique undertaking with an excavation extending down to 3 basements on Jeddah Corniche with a smoothly controlled dewatering through the presence of a well engineered and executed tanked system.
